Ingredients
  

  • 6 Eggs Large
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Granulated
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Marsala Wine
  • Fresh Berries or Biscotti for serving

Method
 

  1. In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until well combined.
  2. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) and whisk continuously.
  3. Gradually add the Marsala wine and continue whisking until the mixture thickens and becomes frothy (about 10-15 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and serve immediately in individual dishes.
  5. Garnish with fresh berries or biscotti.
