Method
- In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until well combined.
- Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) and whisk continuously.
- Gradually add the Marsala wine and continue whisking until the mixture thickens and becomes frothy (about 10-15 minutes).
- Remove from heat and serve immediately in individual dishes.
- Garnish with fresh berries or biscotti.
